Legacy Chain

The necklace was beatiful and a sentimental piece to gift my husband. I love the uniqueness and the idea that he will have a piece of me and the kids with him no matter where he goes.

It did not meet my expectations. I thought the chain would have been a little heavier and the pendants would have been a little big hard to see the names unless you look really close. With the flat chain I thought it would prevent the pendants from flipping backwards not the case. Would suggest the company offer heavier and longer chains and engrave names on both sides of the pendants.

The good news...it arrived. The bad news, the name plates that I paid for only show half of the time due to the necklace "rolling over". More bad news. I sent you an email asking if it's possible to have both sides printed. I got absolutely NO REPLY whatsoever. This is less than good customer service, it shows you don't care at all to return my inquiry. So, I'll leave it up to you how you proceed from here. If it's my business, I recognize that I have a very good product that people want, but there's an opportunity to improve my product by scribing the names on both sides. This is a no brainer to me. More customer satisfaction = more business and more revenue. I also thank the customer for the recommendation and I send him 4 new charms for free with the names printed on both sides. But, that's me. -Chris
