This was my second time ordering from EMBR and I'm still amazed at their customer service. They were super helpful with shipping, to get me my order in time for my anniversary. We love all 3 of the rings we've purchased!

Fantastic customer service
I was very impressed with the timely and responsive customer service. The original purchase was too small, and we needed to arrange an exchange with expedited international shipping. This was done very quickly, and I was very pleased with the quality of the customer care. My only gripe is the cost of the shipping -- I paid $30 to UPS the original ring from Canada to UT, yet the DHL charge for the replacement ring from UT to Canada was over $80, a real ripoff. Other than that, I can truly say this was the best customer service I have experienced in a long time.
