Great selection of leather options, and they were able to accommodate detailed custom specifications. The cost performance is excellent. The staff member who assisted me was also very kind and explained everything clearly and thoroughly.

Good but...

Happy with the quality of the strap for what I paid however I went to the store in person to see the colours of the straps in real life, and the colour at the store and the actual product differ quite a bit. I can definitely tell there is a difference of a shade or two which is a bit disappointing. Not sure if this is due to aging / fading as the samples are old and not changed or if they don't have a consistent leather supplier. The staff in the store were very helpful and of good service. Unfortunately the samples in store were not an accurate representation. (Purchased Epsom in taupe colour and it was much darker when I received the strap compared to what I was shown in the store)
