Product is good, shipping took far too long, maybe put on your web site that its being shipped from china, shipping updates were horrible to the point i thought i had been scammed, i bought this for a gift and it only rocked up a month late 🙄, was a bit smelly but works as it should

Product works well, comfortable and large. However extended wait times with no clear or visible tracking of your order. Team responds to emails at least, just expect to wait 4-6 weeks to get your delivery.

Product is fine, but took so long to get here. They offered a $20 refund to compensate for delay. After nearly 2 month and many emails, no refund. Dont think I would buy anything from them again with that kind of service.
