Nice Update
I’ve worn it a few times. It’s an update to my 6 year gen 1 version. Fits well. Like the new design and safety improvements. Highly recommend!

Cheek Pads, Strap, Ear Space, Goggles, Customer Service
For the most part, I love this helmet! PROS… It gives me confidence knowing I’m wearing the safest helmet on the market. I’m a huge fan of the magnetic chin strap! It’s so much easier than trying to button it with gloves on. The ear space is large. Previous helmets I’ve had (like Alpinestars M8) have caused sore ears after a long ride from rubbing on the helmet. Customer Service: I emailed them a question & they replied fast plus mailed me the drawstring helmet bag, that my helmet was supposed to come with, free of charge. CONS… The cheek pads are exceptionally tight. They make me talk funny & I bite my cheeks. I put my brother’s cheek pads that are 5mm smaller in my helmet but still if I crashed I’d definitely bite the flesh of both cheeks off. The previous helmet I had was the Alpinestars M8 & I never had this issue. Of course, I’ll be buying different size cheek pads but I’m surprised it doesn’t come with other sizes right out of the box. I also noticed no goggles completely seal on my face. Even if I push them into my helmet, they still only touch my forehead. (Helmet is a size small). Goggles I tried: Alpinestars Supertech, Scott Prospect 2.0, Leatt Velocity 6.5, Oakley Airbrake MTB, & 100% Armega.
