Excellent after sales service
I ordered shoes sized based on my existing shoes. The KURU shoes came out to be aliitle loose. Thye Customer service team took my complaint and replaced the shoes with a small size. The shoes fit well and I ma ver happy. I approach this as a win win for both KURU and myself. I will recommend any one looking for right shoes to buy from KURU. Love how the slip-ons hug my feet and the cloud sole supports my arches and heels. I'm on my feet a lot and these shoes are downright refreshing.
