BodyAlign Plus+ Cooling Pillow

I have the regular body align pillow and I love how much support it has so I was excited to get the plus version as the shape is more along the lines of what I want. The Plus version is nothing like the original BodyAlign. It has significantly less fill than than the original and completely collapses when any weight is applied to it (I can feel my knees touch through the pillow ). It has no support. If they had filled it to the same firmness as the original it would be perfect. It is so disappointing that it is such a significant difference from the original and if I want to return it I’ll have to pay $15 to use Mellow’s return label.

I havmt slept with it yet but im looking forward to going to bed tonight, is super buttery soft

I’m very disappointed. The item is extremely thin and looks nothing like what was shown in the advertising video. It did not meet my expectations based on how it was presented.
