Foundation Micronized Creatine

This is the best creatine I have ever used. It dissolves quickly in just cool water. I take it every morning in a small glass of water the same as my old creatine that always left a filmy powder at the bottom of the glass which means I wasn't getting the full dose. I love this stuff!

I’ve taken creatine before and it was always useful as an avid gym goer. But this is definitely a better quality creatine. Been getting back to the gym after having a baby. I noticed from taking months off from a regular gym routine, this product has helped my recovery so much. I feel better and noticed some of my strength starting to come back. Definitely keeping this product in my daily routine. Love how easily it mixes too. The powder is super fine dissolved instantly just by dry scooping into my mouth with water.

I love that you can't taste it and have the after taste. I just started it so can't tell so much on the effects, but I really like the consistency of it!
