HEMATIX® HEMATITE BRACELET

Absolutely Garbage! One size fits all .. didn't fit and contacted the company and explained it didn't fit. Was requested by the company to continue to wear the bracelet but it has begun to fray badly. The company had requested images etc. which I immediately supplied. Now I have sent 18 emails back a forth requesting a refund and they offer 40%back then a 50% refund. I have supplied a screenshot of their ad which clearly offers 100% percent refund. The latest email from the company is they asking me once again if I wanted a 100% refund. They are shady and try to wear to wear you down and hopes you will forget about it or accept less than a total refund. I believe the product is a cheap drop shipped product.

Absolutely horrible company. Selling cheap Chinese product and they deny that it is a cheap Chinese product. They even asked me how do I know that it’s from China. Well, the shipping company is a Chinese shipping company, and it had to go through customs in China and here in the United States. They say you can return the product, if it’s in perfect condition, do you have the order number, you take a picture and you tell them why. I did all that and they still have been going back-and-forth with me five times now via email asking me why I want to return it even though I’ve already told them. Probably will have to get with my credit card company and I don’t care. I will also get with my lawyer. Still haven’t gotten return authorization or the free shipping label that they promised

I don’t know what to say. They are attractive and look good on my arm. I bought two and gave one to my husband. I can’t say that either of us has experienced any appreciable difference in energy levels or power. I haven’t been killing it at the gym. But, to be honest, it’s only been a week. Let’s see how I feel in a few weeks or two
