Lenses were loose and the fit wasn’t great so I returned the glasses at a cost of £17! The package was then returned to me due an issue with the courier exporting it. I was given a store credit for the full amount and told I could keep the original eyewear so while the product was not the best for me, the customer service was decent.

One of the pairs of glasses arrived with bent temples and a misaligned frame. The quality is poor, and they are so warped that even heating and adjusting does not fix the issue. Overall, that pair feels cheap and unusable. However, the second pair was ok!
