Quality of case is good but customer service is poor. Ordered my case on 12/27/25, I reached out a week later to get an update on my shipping since it hadn’t moved, they got back to me a couple of days later saying they were closed for the week of new years. That is understandable. Where the issue came was the case got moved to label created status on 1/7/26 and directly on the website it says that the status will change once usps scans it into the system typically within 48 hours but if it has been past that to reach out to customer service. Come 1/12/26 it had not been updated so I reached out to customer service to get an update. I then reached out again 1/13/26,1/14/26, and 1/16/26 trying to get any information. They never answered any of my emails. Finally the case was delivered on 1/20/26, but the company still never responded to my emails. So be ware that the quality of the case is fantastic but if something goes wrong with your order it might take several weeks for them to answer you.
