plank deck tiles

I received partial order shipment, 44 deck tiles arrived but missing 66 tiles. I contacted them last week about the issue but have not received a response on when the missing items will be shipped. The images of the iron tile color is much darker than the actual product. I wish it was darker. I’m waiting for the missing tiles to setup my porch so not sure how it will look in the end. I hope they will ship the missing tiles soon. I have been a long time customer and havn’t had any shipping issues before this last order, feeling disappointed.

Very nice

Overall, the plank deck tiles are really nice and easy to assemble (I didn’t choose a pattern that requires cutting). The online calculator severely underestimated how many boxes I would need, so I will be purchasing more.

Iron deck tile

I received a partial order, missing 66 tiles, notified support team a week ago and waiting for response when missing tiles will be shipped to me. The iron color looks lighter than in the shop’s image.
