Forge Wallet

Very disappointing experience. I ordered this wallet on August 2, but I still have not received it. The delivery has failed multiple times due to different courier issues, and I have spent a lot of time contacting customer support and the courier trying to resolve the problem. I was eventually told to collect the package from a location that is very far from me, which is impossible for me due to work. I asked to cancel the order and receive a refund, but my request was refused. I do not think customers should have to spend this much time and effort just to receive an order or get a refund when the delivery has repeatedly failed. I hope Forge will seriously review this situation and provide a proper solution.

Placed an order and was taken to shop after checkout - saw lots of less than stellar reviews so tried to cancel immediately - no response on the email. Then had a response within an hour of first notification of shipping update - 3 days after order placement and was told too late to cancel. In transit for over ten days and when it hit the uk from china. Every email asking to cancel or return has been ignored or auto acknowledged.

Very good to deal with in the event of any issues arising, totally reasonable with resolutions when faults occur. Great bunch.
