Works great on 04 Chevy Suburban factory rectangle housing
One ballast came not working. Had the problem worked out promptly. Works well on my 04 Suburban OEM rectangle fog lights. I am using replacement housings from Amazon that were cheap so we'll see if they melt over time. Holding strong after over a month use with many 1hr+ drives. I might try a 55w at some point but 35w HID does so much better than 27w Halogen factory bulb.
