I have sent an email asking to be able to send the shoes back. They came in a size 39 which I think is size 8.5. I wear a size 6.5. How this happened, I don’t know. Plus there is a strong chemical smell that gives me a headache. Please reach back to tell me how to return & get a full refund. Thank you very much. I will not give a bad review.

Accidentally bought the wrong size, sent an email and within a day they had resent the correct size no questions asked, Very comfortable and light shoe. Will definitely be buying more.

Look, I’ll be honest on 2 things. The first being that I do like the shoes, they’re comfortable and the bag is pretty neat too. However, as a shoe company, you guys need to stop auto charging your customers with that “VIP subscription” thing. I understand you guys are trying to make as much money as you possibly can because that’s what businesses strive for. However, you can’t just charge customers something they didn’t sign up for and you can’t just add something that customers can’t comprehend and just blatantly start charging them expecting them to pay, especially when they don’t even know what they’re getting out of paying a subscription with little to no details. If you guys really would like to stand out as a shoe company, you need to be better than the rest. You should give customers the option to subscribe to whatever subscription you’re offering to them and explain what they’re getting out of it if they’re paying you guys monthly for it. Don’t just do it for the money, but rather do it for customer satisfaction. Your most important part of your business is your customers, money comes second. If you lose customers, you’ll lose money. It’s better to keep things honest, that way you’ll grow customer’s trust and you’ll keep happy customers wanting to buy more. Other than that, the shoes are nice.
