The product is great the fact that it took over a month to get to my house isn’t. Don’t change anything with your product work on getting it delivered in a more timely manner. I had to reach out at least 15 times to customer service the tracking process is terrible. You shouldn’t have to download some app to track your package. I finally received mine yesterday after a month.. again not knocking the product, I’m knocking the process.

Besides the great tote bag MLO is a company that works hard in assuring that there customers are completely satisfied with their purchase providing excellent customer service. I would truly recommend them and will consider them in my future purchases.

I didnt like that you kept trying to run my debit card numerous times after my purchase. I had to cancel my card and order a new one because I don’t trust you any longer
