I had a very disappointing experience with Audrey. I reached out simply to confirm that my deposit had been received, and she did confirm that she had it. After that, she showed me several nail options, but I didn’t choose any of the designs she presented because they just weren’t what I was looking for. Instead of respecting my decision and remaining professional, she became upset and rude. Rather than trying to work with me or answer my questions, she chose to block me. As a customer, I should be able to ask about my deposit and decide whether or not I like the options being offered without being treated disrespectfully. Good customer service means being courteous, communicating professionally, and respecting a customer’s choices, even if they decide not to move forward. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope this feedback encourages better communication and professionalism with future customers. She will never receive my business again
