This is the best trick or treat house yet.. The house design, the red lights, the teeth over the door and the coffin are such great additions. I also love the hanging bats and flying bat on the house. This will fit anywhere in your Halloween villages.

Amazing piece!!

The color is perfect and looks like an old barn, very well painted. The lighting is amazing!! There are so many little details; a jack -o-lantern, fangs over the front door with the porch being lit up, hanging bats, shrubbery, leaves on the roof, a casket propped up against the porch, leaves on the porch and bats on the windows upstairs with a bat on the roof. This is just an amazing piece!!

Great product, terrible shipping protection

The Vampire House itself is wonderful, and my wife was thrilled to get it as a gift. Fortunately, the building wasn't broken, but that’s only because the internal Dept. 56 packaging held up. The actual shipping job was incredibly amateurish—there was zero padding inside the shipping box. As a result, the collectible Dept. 56 box arrived completely ruined, which is incredibly frustrating since we rely on it for off-season storage. Great item, but the retailer's service was highly disappointing. I know my wife has been incontact with Customer Service.
