There were limited choices for this item. I chose what I thought would work best but it was too small. By chance I had an extender set from another strap so I was able to do a work around. Please make sure you have all sizes in stock to best serve your customers.

Its alright the major issue with this chinstrap is that the material seems to wear out and stretch rather quickly meaning you will have to readjust every so often to keep a good fit but the design is comfortable and it keeps your jaw in place

Disappointing chinstrap from different manufacturer

I was so disappointed in this chinstrap! I expected the equivalent of the ruby-style chinstraps made by Republic of Sleep, but this chinstrap, made by Spirit Medical was of much lower quality. First, the fabric was all wrong. It did not breathe in the slightest and, in the few nights I tried to use it, I woke up with the skin under the strap covered in sweat. (This never happened with the ROS-made straps). Second, it was cut smaller. I have a very small head, and I could barely fit it to my head! I just gave up on this and finally found a good ruby chinstrap from another site (which disappoints me, because I have a long and happy history with CPAP. com).
