Superior service

The staff who help with ordering equipment are knowledgeable, kind, caring, and supportive. My son's dog chewed up his headgear (which was only one month old) and insurance would not pay for new headgear. He would have had to pay out of pocket almost $300 for headgear, plastic piece, and mask as we were told by our regular supplier that "those come as a set." What a crock! That is when I got online and found cpap.com! Elizabeth was so sympathetic and kind! I will definitely be back to replace equipment as needed!
