I have received the package from my June 24th order. However, one of the pairs of sunglasses arrived damaged from the factory. One of the nose pads is missing, or it was broken when packaged. Because of this, the sunglasses cannot be used. Please advise on the next steps to resolve this issue. Also, I have sent 2 emails about this with 0 reply. Your company has one of the wors customer services.

I’m disappointed because I don’t know what happened with my two pair of glasses, instead of that I received a Nintendo Switch 2 rubber case, also the shipment took so long to receive bad news. I hope you can resolve or refund because I was expecting to use my product.
