Great product, shame about the wasteful packaging
I love the shower gel, but with Body Shop's ethical appeal I am very surprised and unimpressed that I cannot buy refills online. Each time I buy a large shower gel I have to throw away a perfectly good, well-designed plastic pump dispenser. Why?? I buy Carex hand wash in the kitchen, and one refill pack fills the original Carex pump dispenser 4 times. I have been using that same dispenser for two years now.
