I’m am so disappointed. I received the product poorly packaged and very damaged. I contacted customer service and sent them pictures. I requested that they package the replacement better. When I received the replacement it was in even worse condition. The USPS had their tape on it indicating that it was received in poor condition. Needless to say, the candle was not only damaged it doesn’t work when I put batteries in it. While the first one is in worse condition, it works. I like the candle and would like to have one in good condition that works. However, I decided another replacement would probably be damaged too as the packaging was the same for both so I requested a replacement. I was then asked for a video of the products. I provided that and they have now asked me to ship both back for them to evaluate anddecide what to do. Really?! I want my money back and will send them back if they provide me a prepaid shipping label. I’m waiting to hear back.
