Packed well. Needed more instructions. I couldnt find what I needed with “black on black” and I finally had to contact my ChatBot to help me find where and how to plug in the charger. There was enough charge to try it for about 20 minutes and I did finally figure out how to know it’s charging and when it’s finished. One page of pictures does not contsin everything a 77 yr old woman needs to know. I haven’t tried the other two things yet. Don’t be afraid to send instructions. The ones who constructed it just assumed we knew. Things have changed in that 77 years I have lived. You need a “You Tube” video to help us. I haven’t even opened the Aqua Clear yet. One day at a time.
