Gallant + Spirit of Memphis = Awesome Coffee
Gallant (Roast Level Dark & Bold) Mixed with Spirit of Memphis (Roast Level Medium & Smooth). I love this 50/50 combo, just a rich flavor that helps get your day started. I've tried multiple flavors at J. Brooks but this combo is my favorite by far.

I didn't Like Coffee Until JBrooks
I'm in my mid-60s and until 2018 didn't like coffee. My wife and I were at a Memphis restaurant and they had coffee all around the table. To be polite I tasted a little. I asked what brand this was and was told J Brooks, Spirit of Memphis. Fast forward to 2024, we have ordered 41 times from J Brooks. The aroma and the taste of the Gallant as well as the Spirit of Memphis match.
