Zipper pulls
Ordered 1 zipper pull then ordered another . Thought I ordered a Red one but got Blue . Contacted Primo Workz and they would send out a Red one . That’s customer service

Upgrades any vehicle
Love this thing. Transfers seamlessly between mine and my wife’s vehicles. Wish I hadn’t waited so long to pick one up!

More comfort
I suffer from pinched nerves in neck. This makes driving so much more comfortable!! Love mine, could care less about the zipper pouch or velcro and the only reason I didn’t give it five stars is the price. Very simple design with minimal supplies needed yet rather pricey. Glad I can move it from vehicle to vehicle.
