The attention to detail was by far the best I’ve experienced in a shopping experience. The product itself was exactly as described and very well made, I love that it was made by hand too. It even came with extra keychain clips that were all different for more options. The retailer wrote me a personal hand written thank you note which made it feel so special and personal. The packaging and wrappings were so cute! Shipping was really fast as well. Overall the best experience, will definitely be shopping with her again!!
