OPEN PLAY

Really enjoy playing but

So I have played at open play twice. First time I treated my friend. It was fun. We loved playing, loved the raffle prizes and snacks. Everything was explained to us very clearly. Second time, no one checked us in, they pulled out raffle tickets but since our names were not written on the backs (which wasn’t required two week before) the puller just dumped them and called a new ticket. This was not fully explained nor was it fair. If you pull a ticket, that’s the winner. The lady there seemed overwhelmed and not very friendly or helpful. I treated friends that time also. Not sure if I will come back a third time. I also asked for info on having a party there but so far no one has gotten back to me on that…

Bad Customer Service

I had an emergency and couldn't attend my Open Play I signed up for. They don't have a phone number, so I sent an email asking if it's come and go or can it be rescheduled. They said they'd get back with me in 24-48 hours. That was two months ago and they wouldn't answer my simple question.

Very organized for a fun day

I truly enjoyed playing Mahjong at Bespoke. I wish they had an open play on Fridays, so I could play regularly since Monday is a workday for me.
