Attractive,comfortable shoe. Had to exchange first pair as there was a dark brown patch with scratches on left tan part. Exchange was easy once I explained the defect. Second pair arrived unfortunately with same scratches on left side but no brown spot. Wrote but did not hear back. Will try to get professional repair as the shoe is not inexpensive and wondering if all have scratches caused by the machine cutting and fabricating shoe. Photo does not really show damage that well
