Too dry and hard
Bought to try as it is priced quite competitively in the market but am not impressed with the quality of the products. This specific chilli beef jerky is made from better quality cut compared to the original biltong (which was very fatty and got mouldy, too). Made with leaner and less fatty cut, the chilli coating is sweet and has chillis on it. The pieces are hard and hard to chew/break.
