Switching sound level is Game changing

As a previous foam earplug user and then eargasm user, I can confidently say that loop has the best earplugs on the market! After years of foam earplugs, completely muffling the sound, and eargasms never fitting properly and always leaving my ears feeling sore the next day, I took the leap and ended up buying loop earplugs and I have to say they’re the best I have ever had! The fit reminds me of my AirPods and it perfectly plugged your ear without reducing the sound quality at all. Also, their vibrant colors are always eye-catching and people are constantly asking where I got them. I’m obsessed and will never go back. The switch 2 model is my particular favorite as sometimes I feel like the sound can still feel a little muffled with the switch. I am able to easily move the dial and it makes it much easier for talking without having to take the earplug out again, my absolute favorite color, and I want another pair of the lavender iridescent, as mine sadly met a tragic end after falling out of my bag. 😭 as soon as the lavender iridescent are available for purchase, I would absolutely buy a new pair immediately. However, if they don’t bring this color back, I will still be getting a new pair of switches regardless I love them that much! I have also gotten my 16 person friend group on the loop train as well, and also recently bought my younger brother a pair for his birthday as well. Again, we’ll never go back!

Theater godsend!

When I first started getting inundated with ads for Loop earplugs, I thought they were just another entry to the line of fluff products spammed across social media. It wasn't until I saw some substantive reviews that I eventually decided to actually give them a try. Oh, my god. I have never been so happy to be influenced! I got these ahead of a trip to NYC and I'm so relieved I got specifically the Switches for the Broadway shows we saw, because I kept switching between the Experience setting for the musical numbers and the Engage setting for the rest of the shows. They were great on the flights there and back, as well as for nights out to the local karaoke bar. The ONE caveat I have in recommending these is that it can be tricky to gauge your own volume. In muffling the outside noises, these weirdly amplify your inside noises, like chewing or drinking water. Whenever I wanted to speak to someone, I had to remove one of the plugs to gauge my speaking volume, because otherwise my voice sounded much louder to myself than it actually was for others. If you're particularly sensitive to something like that, then maybe these aren't the best fit for you. That said, I'm not sure how much of that is a Loop issue vs an issue with earplugs in general. Overall, I love these little guys! The iridescent especially is gorgeous, though not the most discrete color. I never realized how noisy the world is until I finally had the option to dampen it instead of just muscling through. Also, these are way cuter and more sustainable than the disposable foam earplugs I was using before lol

I feel like the iridescence is going to scratch off, but this is my first time with the Switches and I'm enjoying being able to change between the settings! I was waiting for the version 2 to come out, because the original ear tip size is too big for me, even with the xs in. I wish they'd find a way to make it even smaller still, but maybe I need kids size lol
