Thiese gummies are great. I play pickleball two hours three times a week and under a very hot sun were i loose electrolytes and these gummies has helped me recover with ease,

The gummies taste great and the friends I’ve shared them with think so too. I can’t really tell if they’re doing anything for me, and I often forget about them, but they are good. It might be good to have them in a pouch instead of the jar for convenience.
