Soleflex™ Electrolyte Gummies

The gummies taste great and the friends I’ve shared them with think so too. I can’t really tell if they’re doing anything for me, and I often forget about them, but they are good. It might be good to have them in a pouch instead of the jar for convenience.

Wasn’t sure about all the hype surrounding this product, but with the Texas heat looming thought I would try it….and I did notice a difference! I didn’t “hit the wall” after my third game; my focus and energy was there throughout my morning session of pickleball….felt so good I played another 4 games that evening, which never happens!

Love how easy and convenient it is to eat these before a workout or when traveling!!
