WOW! Tyler has truly done a brilliant job with this collection. The neon pigments are smooth and go on beautifully. Layerable for a lighter or deeper touch or color changing ability. The flakes are subtle but also give the polish depth that only makes you want more. Truly a must have! And under black light! Ugh! Stunning!
