Moisturizing Cream Foundation

I recieved the wrong colours , i got light / nedium . I ordered Tan . I thought i was ordereong Doll 10 but it was called B10 - Dimot . I am very disappointed. I would like either a replacement or a refund please

The delivery was good , they can extremely well packaged. I do like the layout of it with the sponge on top then with the moisturising cream underneath is a really good idea but for me I just don’t like the way it feels on my face
