When my order was delivered, I discovered I had received duplicates of one of the books. Therefore, one of the books in the set was missing. I reached out by email to the customer service email about the mistake, trying to get the missing book and return the duplicate on two separate occasions. I never received a response from anyone. I finally gave up and ordered and paid for the missing book so I could complete the series. Multiple of the books fell apart at the binding and have loose pages tucked into where they belong, as to not lose them or the content on them. Even though I enjoy the authors writing, I will not be purchasing anything of hers in the future. Customer service is horrible, and the quality of the product is less than ideal.
