Battery is working great and thank you for the help from the representative, However, it takes a long time to go thru the process and the replacement , my treatment was interrupted for more than 2 weeks .

Took too long to receive

I ordered replacement battery C after the original battery died less than 6 months of usage. I was sent battery A by mistake. I was unable to use the cap for over 3 weeks due to all this. So, pretty frustrating after paying over $800 for a product. Hoping the new battery actually lasts.
