Discovered Sweet Deluxe USA on TikTok. I placed my order, purchased 2 ice packs and paid for expedited shipping. I watched the seller pack my order on live and state it would be shipped out next day, regrettably that did not happen. I received a tracking number via email, tracking didn’t update for days and UPS said they didn’t have the package. I sent the seller an email to which she responded stating she would look into it and get back to me. The next day, still no follow up yet the seller is back on TikTok packing more orders, while others are in the chat also stating they haven’t received their orders. I sent 2 or 3 additional emails and finally received a response stating my original order was lost and she would send another one. I requested an updated tracking number (multiple times), no response. A day or so later, original order magically starts tracking. In my experience, this seller is dishonest and lacks basic customer service skills. Ice packs arrived hot and candy melted.
