CoolPaws™ 2.0

It took amonth and a half till I finally received it. When I opened the package it wasn't even what I had ordered and what was pictured. It was a cooling mat. It looked a lot cheaper than the $60+ I paid for two and they weren't even the shape that I ordered. When I would notify them through their support with questions regarding my shipment and my order, it was very poor customer service.

Absolutly dissapointed , i recieved the wrong product and have waited over 4 weeks , completely i was also not aware that i had been subscribed into a teoeat order and when i tried to cancel it before the deadline the website was conveinently not working DO Not buy from this company EVER

Have not recieved it yet after 4 weeks, there was also a hidden subscription and when i went to cancel it the site was unavailable until after the closing date to cancel , not impressed at all will never order from this firm ever again
