Single Diamond Mini Stud

Never received the actual item

Unfortunately, I can’t really review the Single Diamond Mini Stud because I never received the actual diamond stud. When I opened my package, the jewelry pouch was already open and the pieces were loose inside the box. After checking everything carefully, I realized that I had only received the earring backings — the actual diamond stud was completely missing. I contacted customer service and was told that a free replacement had been arranged, which I appreciate. However, I still haven’t received any shipping confirmation or tracking information for the replacement. It’s frustrating to receive an email asking how I like my new diamond stud when I never actually received it in the first place. I hope this gets resolved soon.

Love them but one of the 6 sets I ordered does not lock into any of the backings. I’ll have to return it for another. If I didn’t have this issue, I would give them the highest rating.
