I really like using this trainer. I feel a lil difference after 1 week. I love the counter on it, in case I lose count😉☺️

Made from very nice material. It looks and feels good against the skin. A little time needed to get the placement right so it sat neatly against the knees but once I got going - great. I could feel it working.

I find the material to be hard on my legs So might have to cover it with a towel
