Gentle Exfoliant

Approximately 9 months ago I discovered Basic Maintenance. When they brought an exfoliant into the product line I decided to try it. I am not disappointed. It is gentle and like all their products it takes a little time to see results, however, because it is so easy to apply you don't dread applying it. Again, I love this new addition to the line of products. PS: I am 87 so a lot of exfoliants irritate my skin - this one does not. Thank you.

The exfoliant

Very impressed with this product. I’ve now used it for a month, once a week. Upon application there is no irritation, redness nor stinging. The following morning my skin seems clearer and its texture is definitely finer. I’m looking forward to seeing more long term results, specifically further fading of brown spots . Just be aware that the product is fairly thin and you need to be gentle with the pump to dispense the right amount.

I rarely leave reviews. I have been using the face wash and moisturizers for the past year or so. I love the simplicity of the system. My skin was not dry, but I thought it was a little dull. When the exfoliant was offered I thought I’d give it a try. I use it twice a week now with no harsh side effects. My skin tone has evened out - no make up needed - just sunscreen. Thank you!
