AtomStack A20 Pro V2 Laser Engraver

The laser performs remarkably well on its own it went together exceptionally well the directions were very clear well written and in meaningful and articulate. I did run into a problem however. I needed to upgrade the firmware and for some reason the automatic features of the software failed. Looking up on their website for firmware to be able to manually post it I couldn't detect one from my observation although it may be flawed on their downloads page. I inquired with support. After a while based on a new purchase that I felt was too long of a while they did respond simply with that file. Well that was wonderful I appreciate it but I think in the future it seems to be a better point of customer service that if you're going to make the binary for the firmware available at all then it would be most convenient to put it on the web page as a standard throughout mouse technical support in the industry. My grade on the laser is definitely a five get this laser my grade on the support is a three it fails to meet the expectations of customer excellence but otherwise a great experience.

Atomstack has decent equipment but be prepared for the worst customer service on the planet. Let me rephrase… there is NO customer service which they speak highly of on their site. Totally non-existent.
