Very disappointed

I received a different product that I ordered..you may put up this big disclaimer about a different product may be substituted but then don’t use the picture of the product people think they will be receiving in your ad..I ordered this product for a reason, if I would have wanted the unknown product I received I would have ordered it.. plus very poor customer service .. I would never order from this company again..
