Shoes weren’t the problem.
I ordered these shoes. I got them and they were super cute, but I had some problems with the sizing.
All was good until I tried to exchange them.
There was some sort of major miscommunication and suddenly I was being accused of something.
I think this was the owner defending their customer service (who I wasn't complaining about, they were great) but they pretty quickly stopped trying to listen to anything I had to say.
Would not recommend
