Thumbstick Replacement

Terrible. I sent in my custom controller to get my stick drift fixed and it came back with a missing analog stick and my microphone doesn't work. After a week the R2 button stopped working. After waiting weeks for it to arrive they asked me to send it back but it was going to take another 5 to 6 weeks. I just gave up on the controller and don't use it anymore. Last time I buy from this company.
