Worst purchase ever

I was disappointed with my most recent order. I was contacted via WhatsApp and told that my order would be delayed because the seller was traveling, with delivery postponed until July 26. When July 26 arrived, I still had to follow up myself to request tracking information. I was then told the shipment would be expedited. Unfortunately, the product itself was also disappointing. The taste and quality of the Quroot had noticeably declined compared with my previous order. I had ordered before and was expecting the same quality, but this time both the service and the product fell short of my expectations. I will not be ordering from this store again.
