I am a 57-year-old woman who loves to cook, and over the years I have owned many brands of cookware, including HexClad and other premium pots and pans. Without hesitation, the Vermicular Tamagoyaki & Toast Pan has become one of my favorite pieces of cookware. This pan has completely changed the way I cook. Whether I'm making eggs, toast, sandwiches, or simple everyday meals, everything comes out more flavorful and delicious. The heat distribution is exceptional, and the results are consistently better than what I achieved with my other small pans. It is truly non-stick and easy to clean. What surprised me most is how versatile it is. It may be designed for tamagoyaki and toast, but I find myself reaching for it every day for a variety of foods. The quality and craftsmanship are outstanding, and it feels like a product that will last for many years. I do not own the lid, and honestly, I have never felt the need for one. The pan performs beautifully on its own and has exceeded my expectations. I have purchased many cookware items throughout my life, but this is one of the few products that truly makes me excited to cook. If you enjoy preparing delicious food and appreciate high-quality cookware, I am considering adding another pan. I highly recommend the Vermicular Tamagoyaki & Toast Pan.

Absolutely love this pan. It has been my go to pan since I got it. Super good quality and not heavy as a cast iron pan. Amazing!

I don’t just use it for Tamagoyaki, I use it for asparagus, grilled cheese, a hefty slice of bread for French toast… so many functional uses. Can’t wait to buy another.
