I followed all of the instructions and recommended advice carefully, including the correct preparation and usage steps, but the product has been an absolute nightmare. It has badly cut and damaged my skin on every surface I have tried it on, leaving me with painful injuries and scarring. I contacted customer service to explain what had happened, but instead of addressing my concerns, I was simply sent instructions on how to use the product correctly, which I had already followed in the first place. After that, my messages were ignored and I received no further support. This product has caused me genuine pain and injury, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing. My experience has been extremely disappointing, especially with the lack of customer care afterwards.
