I tried to send it back just as soon as I got it because my wife ordered this one, I already had a two-piece design I ordered. I contacted the company. Melissa got back to me right away which I thought was good. They stand behind their product. I was wrong after the second email she put me on hold saying they’re waiting on authorization that was seven or days ago. Do not buy this product. it is a one piece design. You have to pick the entire unit up to put water in and empty a pain in the butt I would not buy this.
