Box was smashed which smashed the tip of the hats. Maybe more careful pacakaging especially since it ships overseas.
However the hats are amazing. The stritching and the details are beyond anything i have seen in a hat. The suede on the front of the hat was a nice surprise.
Another thing they promote the 2×$80 and that deal does not apply automatically when you put two hats in the cart. Plus you cant get a hold of customer service anywhere. There is no discount code either. They should do better on this matter.
