Does what it says, but don't take on a work night

Took some before bed on a work night (turns out that was a bad idea lmao) The effects took hold an hour before bed and suddenly felt a mote of panic, then calm. Then got to sleep while the effects were picking up. Ended up having hyper vivid, intense dreams. 100% would do again, but planning on a night where I don't mind waking up in a sweat. :)
